Grown on the large-leaf cultivar gardens around Fengqing — the historic birthplace of Dianhong — this golden-tip black tea is processed by the full Congou method: withered, rolled, fully oxidised and dried. The abundant golden buds are a mark of careful spring picking and are prized by black-tea buyers worldwide.
Bright amber-red liquor; honeyed sweetness with malty depth and a smooth, non-astringent finish — a classic, approachable black tea profile.
Recommended: 3g leaf per 150ml water, steeped at 95°C for 3–4 minutes; holds up well to milk and sugar for Western-style preparation.
Each production batch is tested for pesticide residue against EU maximum residue limits and US FDA thresholds, with lab certificates and phytosanitary documentation available on request ahead of shipment.
